…do you ship? What about tracking?
All orders are packaged in USPS or related shipping materials or plain bags/boxes. We ship USPS Priority Mail and Express Mail for orders in the United States. We email you a notification email tracking number to confirm that your package has been shipped and so you can track the your package.
We guarantee that your order will be delivered to the address you provided. For the purposes of this delivery guarantee, delivery is defined as USPS/FedEx tracking confirmation of delivery. Once USPS/FedEx tracking reflects delivery, your order for the purposes of our responsibility and liability is consider delivered.
We do not provide any refunds or replacements of any orders lost or stolen or lost after delivery has been confirmed through USPS/FedEx tracking. USPS Express Orders are shipped with signature for delivery requirement. If you request no signature required for delivery for your Express Mail, then you hereby expressly relieve us any delivery problems of receiving your order after USPS tracking reflects that your order was delivered.
…how long does it take for you to ship?
We know that quick delivery of your order is of high importance. We ship all orders USPS Priority, Express Mail or FedEx Standard Overnight (no Saturday and Sunday delivery) the same day for orders placed before 1:00 pm PST Monday-Friday. If your order is placed after the same day cut off time, it will be shipped on the next available shipping day. Orders placed after 1:00 p.m. on Friday will be shipped on Monday (except holidays). Most deliveries for Priority mail in the USA are 2-3 shipping days, but delays do occur, and 1-2 days for Express mail. Please note that Express Mail is not guaranteed for next day delivery to all locations in the USA. We do not guarantee your order with be delivered within the quoted delivery time frames by third-party shippers, and we do not guarantee next day delivery for Express mail.
We do not refund late Express mail shipments or delayed deliveries, unless the fault lies with KratomExperience. Express mail is shipped with signature required for delivery unless you specify with you order that you want to waive delivery signature requirement. For FedEx Standard Overnight shipping service we do not recommend that you order on Friday because the service does not delivery on Saturday and Sundays.
Payment must be received before the shipping cutoff to qualify for same-day shipping. Orders received before, but paid after the shipping cutoff, will be shipped on the next available business day. Alternative payment methods such as bank transfers or checks/online checks are subject to delay pending payment resolution. First-time eCheck customers may be subject to wait for funds to clear (typically 2-5 business days) before the order can be shipped. Repeat eCheck customers may have this wait period waived upon approval from management.

It is entirely your responsibility to provide us with the correct shipping address. If you provided the wrong shipping address or do not pick up your package from the post office or shipping service after multiple delivery attempts, your package will be sent back to us. For us to re-ship your order, you agree to pre-pay our shipping cost to re-ship your order. If we shipped to an address other than what you provided re-shipping is paid by us. Otherwise, shipping and handling charges are non-negotiable and non-refundable.
We do not ship Kratom to Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Vermont, Wisconsin, The District of Columbia, or Tennessee. This is not a fully inclusive list of all shipping restrictions.
We currently ship to all other states throughout the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
In addition to state laws, we may be unable to ship orders to some localities such as San Diego, Sarasota County, Jerseyville, Alton and several counties/cities in Mississippi. Please consult local laws for legality in your area and contact customer service for up-to-date shipping restrictions within the United States.
